Lead Vocals/Guitar - Scott Roop
(aka "Whiskey")
Singing since second grade, to theatre, learning guitar at 16, Scott brings powerful, emotional, edgy vocals to every show and does so with just about every genre of music. Scott's mantra is that "Music is the remedy for the soul" and strives to make sure that every show will draw you into the music!
Scott has had many solo ventures and side bands through out the years, but is best known for playing with the St. Cloud based band "Southbound" for many years playing all over MN, including in front of thousands at the outdoor event "Summertime by George".
After taking a break from music, Scott reunited with longtime friend Troy to create his favorite project yet with "Whiskey & Water". After only a year and a half and a strong following of fans in the W&W family, we've grown by adding a bass player to become a trio, and then added drums to grow to a full band!

Bass Guitar - Pat Wilkes
Pat started playing guitar and forming bands with his brother and friends as a teen which lead him down many paths performing Vocal and Bass Guitar. Troy and Pat have played in many bands and loves many genre's but keeps his focus on southern Rock, Blues Country and Americana.
Pat loves every aspect of music which made him a perfect fit for this project as a songwriter and performer. Pat is our core foundation of our Trio setup when a venue needs more, but not a full band.
